Lose yourself in this magical villa enclave with elevated sea views set in 300 acres of serene pine forest leading down to a secret cove and a small pebbled beach. A myriad of rooms and discreet outside spaces provide a perfect playground in the sun for children and adults alike.

The scent of the sea mixed with the headiness of pine trees fill your senses as you arrive via a private gate and through a tree-lined driveway.

The villa consists of two buildings joined by a courtyard, all contained within traditional thick stone walls.

The interiors pay subtle homage to the ancient Arabian influences from the time of the Moors invasion while harmoniously blending in a modern Mediterranean aesthetic. Everything has been considered by the owners who have lovingly restored furniture, sourced one-off fabrics and wall coverings, and collected one-off vintage pieces from destinations as far away as Sri Lanka.

INSIDE

LIVING & KITCHEN

Famous architect, Rolf Blakstad, designed the larger of the houses that features polished limestone floors, ornamental fountains and large curved balconies to take in the verdant surrounding nature.

The lounge features high-beamed ceilings and a large open fireplace. Sink into the soft grey sofas and choose your view through the French doors – on one side opens out onto a terrace and outside dining area overlooking the sea, and on the other side, peer into the tranquil Moroccan style courtyard with its Arabic mosaic tiles and arches. Double doors at the far end of the living room lead to a central hallway from which the fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms can be accessed.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The master bedroom suite is on the first floor and has a four-poster bed, a private bathroom a terrace with a fountain, all facing the sea.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a double and a twin, which share a bathroom. Both rooms have French doors that open out onto a terrace.

OUTSIDE

Located by the main house through heavy ancient doors is a lush lawn area adorned by tropical palms. A heated infinity pool urges you to look beyond the horizon.

The extensive grounds are heavy with seasonal fruit trees such as pomegranates, oranges and figs, as well as olives groves.

There are plenty of chill-out areas with day beds, large comfy cushions, and covered areas as well as plenty of alfresco dining options.

Kids areas

There is a play area tucked away for children with a slide and a swing.
