Beyond the antique front doors, that no doubt hold curious secrets of their own, is a light filled reception area which looks straight through to the open plan dining, kitchen and living area in perfect symmetry.
The areas are all cleverly zoned by artfully placed furniture and contemporary rugs with the living room separated only by a wall with curved arches; perfect for optimizing the space for social gatherings whilst creating pockets of privacy as desired.
Preparing food in the fully equipped white gloss, galley style kitchen is a breeze. Stock up on essentials and store in the large pantry which doubles up as a utility room to the side of the kitchen.
Choose to have your morning coffee at the breakfast table or step out onto the outside terrace and take a seat al fresco to plot and plan your island adventures.
For dinner parties that easily turn into after hour soirees, gather your tribe round the large solid wooden table and take a seat on one of the sleek Eiffel base shell chairs. It’s easy to set the right atmosphere with the option of your favourite playlist piped throughout thanks to the Sonos music system.

OUTSIDE
Bella Vista is flanked by nature from all directions. Majestic mountains lie sleepily in the distance, whilst the sparkling sea seems but a touch away. The villa sits on two levels and enjoys perfectly manicured gardens and tall trees. All the bedrooms have access to a terraced area.
By day, choose your activity. From jumping into the L Shaped pool to feeling the sun kiss your skin on a lounger. Take your favourite book and rest your head on one of the brightly coloured cushions scattered on either of the outside seating areas.
Watch the sky change colours as the sun descends into the horizon from the outside Jacuzzi. The perfect end to the day or the perfect beginning to the night ahead.
