With heart-opening panoramic views of turquoise seas, tucked away on the side of a mountain, Can Sebastian feels secluded yet reassuringly friendly and warm. It is a short car ride from the idyllic village of San Joan and moments from some of the most treasured beaches found in the bohemian north. Built on two levels, the space configuration is cleverly considered. The main villa contains the living, dining and kitchen areas as well as a master bedroom and extra shower room. The real secret of Can Sebastian is tucked away on the upper level, accessed by stairs. Sat around a rectangular lawn with an interconnecting veranda adding to the romance, are the rest of the four large bedrooms making Can Sebastian the ideal home for your family and friends reunion.
Here the interiors, designed by stylist Katerina Phillips, are all about texture and playful glamour in soft blush palettes of pistachio, delicate peach and buttery creams that fill the rooms with a glow of happy energy and light. Unusual vintage artifacts add joy and surprise for you to admire and feel.

INSIDE
LIVING & KITCHEN
Prepare for hilarious dance offs under the mirrored disco ball that hangs on the double-height ceilings in the open-plan living and dining room. Designed for gathering loved ones together, be it for movies or quality conversations, the large L-shaped sofa is big enough for your tribe to all take a seat and settle into the array of comfy cushions in delicate mint greens and creams. Light wood and raw organic materials act as a subtle reminder that you are close to the elements and the sea; the impact is doubled by throwing open the large doors and unveiling the natural expanse of beauty outside.
Dine under a dripping diamond design chandelier; topping up on food and drink is easy as the room leads to the large galley-style kitchen and a separate pantry.
The fully-equipped spacious kitchen will happily accommodate more than one budding chef. Clean lines, ample chopping and prep work surfaces, a large American-style fridge and double gas cooker keep things flowing and functional.

Bedroom 1 the master bedroom
Stairways to the side of the living room take you to the heavenly master bedroom, decorated in mellow shades of buttermilk, mocha and cream. Rattan furniture and raw fabrics evoke an organic quality and set the scene for a deep sense of rest.
Peek through the mid way window in the master bedroom to observe the activity in the living areas and towards the pool. Blinds offer full disclosure when required.
The large en suite shower will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for another day of fun.
Upper levels – four spacious bedrooms all en suite are situated here. All rooms have large glass doors, which open out, onto the grass courtyard.
Bedroom 2 the master of the cluster is a large bedroom so feel free to extend the invitation to others. Under the flat screen TV, the generously sized seating area is sure to become a favoured hang out. The Zen colour scheme is interspersed with splashes of azure and teal blues found on the soft furnishings and around the window frames. A large en suite indulges you with the option to take a shower or luxuriate in the bathtub with views to the magical forest outside.

Bedroom 3 take a well-deserved lie in whilst catching up on essential TV viewing from the comfort of your bed enveloped in a Zen palette of mellow buttermilk, mocha and cream. Prefer to dive into that book, then the contemporary style armchair with footrest couldn’t be better. This room has an en suite shower.
The master and bedroom 3 can be joined via a walkway with large wardrobes if required.
Bedroom 4 Selecting your every day outfits from the vintage style wardrobe adds to the dreamy quality of this en suite room. As with all rooms, the walls are white and perfectly polished floors act as a backdrop for individual style to be added. Here, the palette receives light lilac tones as seen in the bespoke fabric headboard. A large chevron rug adds further warmth under your feet.
Bedroom 5 The Jaipur white and pink fabric headboard is as individual as the room. Soft ballerina pink curtains move with the breeze outside making this room a great escape for those afternoon siestas’.

OUTSIDE
Blessed with mesmerising west-facing views, Can Sebastian invites you to savour them all, either hanging out together or sneaking away, there are many communal as well as hidden spots to choose from.
Feel as if you are perched on the edge of the mountain (literally) while swimming in the infinity pool. A good family size, it’s ideal for both children and adults. There are shaded sun loungers, massive water resistant beanbags and contemporary designer furniture positioned around the pool. By the side of the main villa and beyond the olive tree is a seating area with a sail-inspired covered awning. Feeling hungry, then move a few small steps from your seating to the white table for those mid-morning snacks.
There are two additional outside dining areas — the first is the gloriously rustic long wooden table outside the kitchen, which comes with a sink area and BBQ. The third is located just to the side of the main villa and surprisingly has its own mini kitchen offering independence for when your teenagers want their own space and freedom to dine.
Smile as your little ones create their own adventures at Can Sebastian, with a good size garden for them to play in, the highlight for most is the large teepee. Just try keeping those pesky adults out.
